i can't believe i almost gave this place a good review! the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, which is gross, and i certainly didn’t expect to have to deal with black mold. also, asking for AC assistance was just met with rudeness. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice since i was practically dying from the heat.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Carreno. The location is perfect, just a quick stroll to both the bus and train stations. The friendly staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining, making my trip even more enjoyable.

Had a cozy room with a good mattress, made it easy to catch some Z's after a long day. Plus, they had great WiFi , which was a real lifesaver for catching up on some work.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but I guess you can't always get cheap and best in one place.

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week. The cozy lounge and games room were great spots to unwind after a long day, which made my stay feel even more relaxing. The only downside was that sometimes it got a bit chilly in my room, but it was nothing I couldn't handle. 😊
